Questions about general servicing

How often should I service my aircon?

Every 3 months for regular use. If you run your AC daily (like most JB homes), quarterly servicing keeps it running efficiently and prevents costly repairs.

How long does a general service take?

30–45 minutes per unit. For 2–3 units in the same property, usually 1.5–2 hours total. We work efficiently and clean up after ourselves.

What’s the difference between servicing and chemical overhaul?

General servicing is regular maintenance — good for units cleaned every 3 months. Chemical overhaul is a deep clean using chemical solution, needed when there’s heavy mould, bad smell, or hasn’t been cleaned for 1+ year.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Yes, someone needs to be present to grant access. We’ll send a WhatsApp reminder 30 minutes before arrival so you can plan around it.
